Teenage Casket Company - Eat Your Heart Out (EP)
"Eat your Heart out" is the follow up to British rock band Teenage Casket Company's debut album "Dial it Up" and opening song Don't Look At Me Like That follows the same energetic trend from the debut.

Cocaine stands out with its tasty chord progression, while album highlight is the earhanger Thank you For Nothing - the chorus got me hooked at first listen.

Rob Wylde is main songwriter. On "Dial it Up" the power ballad Beautiful stood out and this time Wylde penned an old school ballad Believe in You. The acoustic guitar breaks the electric explosion of Teenage Casket Company and Believe in You is a great breather on the 6-track EP.

It took me a few listens to really appreciate this EP. At first I was a little disappointed compared to "Dial it Up". However, "Eat your Heart out" grows on you and proves to be an even stronger collection of songs. The songs are just plain better and Teenage Casket Company has evolved into one of England's most promising rock bands.

One to watch.
