Windseeker - By The Seed of the Same God
With only four tracks showcasing Windseeker's ability of a band, this self released EP does well at showing their chops in such a short period of time, but neither the less, it gets to the point.

All four songs are heavy, no ballads, no bullshit, no worthless experimentation, just a complete explosion of guitars, bass, vocals, and drums; showing the metal world who they really are. In comparison to other bands they sound like a cross between early Iced Earth crossed with Cage, containing both clean and growling vocals, that along with the many cases of quick tempered guitar and drum rolls, often featuring double bass consistency, creates the grind core element to compliment the melodic power metal structure found with in these four cuts.

As songwriters, they keep all of the cuts diverse, with the changes found through the verse-chorus-bridge structure, adding both the brighter and darker sound to all the material, rather than consistent redundancy that goes nowhere.

Well produced and performed, and it wont be to anyone's surprise if we hear more from these guys in the future.
